The GM 525 manual steering gear has a highly efficient ball bearing screw that greatly
Reduces steering effort. This gear is made with the original OEM tooling and is held to
the highest quality standards. Originally used on all manual steering equipped GM
A-Body, B-Body, F-Body, X-Body and a variety of Jeep applications, this is a direct
Replacement for your worn out original 525 manual steering gear.

The GM 525 is only 18 lbs. in weight and is perfect for a power steering gear to manual
steering gear conversion for a Street / Strip restoration to save weight and horsepower
and will allow you to use your original steering linkage.

65-90 GM B-Bodies:
